Cooper,
Ginger, and Crosby are my babies. All three are simply exceptional! Okay,
exceptionally spoiled. They are tiny Toy Poodles, and they are so spoiled,
in fact, that one Veterinarian said they have the worst case of "rottenitis"
that he's ever seen. Fortunately, this isn't a life-threatening
condition. For them, anyway. They have coats, hats, costumes,
beds (in every room of the house), different dinnerware for each season... not
enough for you? They sleep on down pillows!!
Cooper (named for Gary Cooper) was born on July 23, 1995, and he currently weighs 5 pounds. He is cream in color and loves to go for walks, especially at the Flea Market. He's never understood why it's called that, though. We've never seen even one vendor selling fleas! Cooper is definitely the alpha dog in our house, but he's gentleman enough to let his sister believe she is.
"Gingersnap Rogers" was born on January 26, 1998, and she weighs 4-1/2 pounds. She is a light apricot color and prefers either to be held or ride in her stroller when we walk. Yes, I said stroller. We have a doggy stroller. Two, actually. Uh huh. You talk about spoiled? Ginger is a feisty little thing and believes herself to be the center of the universe.
She learned better when Crosby came along. "Bing Crosby Oreo" was born on May 31, 2006, and he weighs the same as Ginger, 4-1/2 pounds. He is a black & white Parti color, which is all the rage now in Toy Poodles. Crosby has beautiful Parti coloring, and he is now available for stud service. If you're interested in breeding your female Toy Poodle (AKC registered, 7 pounds and under only, please) to have a litter with Parti puppies, click here.
